TASK 3 - THE FIRST KNOWN WITCH

For this third task, students will be asked to do some research on the first known witch, which was Alice Kyteler, an irish woman who was accused in 1324 by her own family of poisoning her husbands and using dark magic to favour one of her sons, who ended up becoming mayor of Kilkenny.

Students will be provided with the name of the witch and some basic information, which is stated above, to initiate their research. Once the groups have compile further information about her and her trial, the information should be displayed in their poster.
